Achromatic Telescopic Squeeze (ATS) at 7 TeV
In this case, for IP1 and IP5: Beta*=0.15m; for IP2 and IP8: Beta*=10m.
The TCL, when applicable, are set at 10 sigma.
The inputs for these simulations are the products of the proton collisions at 7 TeV, as generated by FLUKA (courtesy of F. Cerutti).
They are protons with extra kicks (x', y') and momentum offset (dp/p). Other particles are ignored.

The halo setting is not applicable since the initial distributions are generated externally.
This case includes TCLs in cells 4, 5, 6 and 7 of IR1 and IR5.
The TCDQ in IR6 is made of three blocks. The TCTV in IR2 and IR8 are specific of one beam.
