ATS simulation with DS collimators and 11T magnets

Description of this case:

Achromatic Telescopic Squeeze (ATS) at 7 TeV with TCRYO collimators.
In this case, the sequence has been modified (courtesy of R. Bruce), trying to keep the same optics. One usual 8.3 T dipole has been replaced by two shorter 11 T dipoles and one TCRYO collimator (similar to TCL) in both cells 8R7 and 10R7.
For IP1 and IP5: Beta*=0.15m; for IP2 and IP8: Beta*=10m.
